Navy Seals in rescue mission in Somalia conducted by U.S.
The SEALs rescued a male Danish citizen and Virginia woman who’d been held hostage since October.
President Obama has authorized the mission on Monday and praising the Special Operations Forces who conducted the operation.
The President also laid down a warning, quote, “The United States will not tolerate the abduction of our people, and will spare no effort to secure the safety of our citizens and to bring their captors to justice.”
The Danish aid worker, Paul Hagen, can thank his American colleague and fellow prisoner, Jessica Buchanan, that their three-month involuntary stay with Somali pirates now are ended.
According to the Danish Foreign Minister Sovndal (SF) we can thank the U.S. Navy Seals for rescuing the American hostage, whose condition was critical and for rescuing her danish fellow prisoner Paul Hagen.
Thanks U.S Navy Seals.
